The Opportunity
This position is in the Corporate Cost Accounting department and reports to the Manager, Corporate Cost Accounting. The focus of this role is to maintain cost reporting and work with Enterprise and Business Unit areas for OM&A forecasting, budgeting and analysis.
What you'll Do:
- Preparation of Monthly and Quarterly Executive Leadership Team (ELT) dashboards
- Corporate & Governance reporting and analysis
- Monthly maintenance of Dataflows and Power BI Reports
- Assist in the creation of Power BI Reports for various stakeholders
- Communicating with Director of Financial Services and Enterprise Service Areas for OM&A Cost analysis and reporting
- Workforce reporting and analysis
- Manage and coordinate the OM&A forecasting cycle
- Training stakeholders on cost forecasting and completing related analysis
- Approving cost center master data and maintaining Org Levels
- Ad hoc Journal Entries as required
- Completing special projects and ad hoc analysis
Minimum Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with a minimum of six years’ progressive, related experience
- Professional accounting designation (CPA) required
Preferred Qualifications
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with counterparts in the Company
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Good working knowledge of SAP and Power BI would be an asset
