Job Description:

En tant que secrétaire, vous aurez à assister directement les 4 directeurs principaux de la vice-présidence courtage L’Unique, de même que les directeurs de la direction principale développement des affaires, évolution et performance. Vous serez appelé à faire affaires avec une clientèle externe autant qu’interne de part la nature des activités de développement des affaires de L’Unique.

Vous vous réalisez dans les tâches et fonctions suivantes :

  • Apporter un support direct aux membres du comité de gestion de L’Unique.
  • Assurer un soutien technique et administratif à la préparation et l’exécution des rencontres périodiques des employés de chacune des 4 directions principales (Montréal et Québec).
  • Rédiger des lettres, rapports, présentations, discours et autres documents.
  • Organiser les rendez-vous, réunions et déplacements.
  • Gérer les participants (internes et externes) lors de la distribution de billets pour des spectacles ou autres évènements exclusifs, rédiger les invitations et les inscriptions, faire les convocations et assurer le suivi auprès des participants avant et après l’événement.
  • Collaborer avec l’adjointe administrative du chef de l’exploitation et l’équipe des communications internes pour l’organisation de diverses rencontres.

Vos qualifications et vos talents

  • Détenir un diplôme d’études collégiales en technique bureautique.
  • Cumuler un minimum de 5 années d’expérience dans le domaine du secrétariat.
  • Maitrise de la langue française, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, ainsi qu’une maitrise intermédiaire-avancée de la langue anglaise, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit, en raison de la nature des tâches, des outils de travail ou d’interactions avec des collègues, partenaires, clients ou fournisseurs anglophones, ou afin de répondre aux objectifs de croissance de l’entreprise.
  • Maîtriser la suite Office, Word (version avancée), Excel et PowerPoint.
  • Bonne capacité à gérer le stress et les priorités
