Role:
We are currently looking for a Hatchery Administrator to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated individual who is detailed oriented, good with computers, can multitask and who thrives in a team-oriented environment. This position is Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
- Payroll editing (daily)
- Invoicing (daily)
- Mail (daily)
- Updating weekly planner and placements
- Reporting and Spreadsheets
- Order confirmations
- Provide customer service
- Maintain inventory control
- Process Month End counts and reconciliations
- All other tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 2-3 years’ previous experience in an admin role required
- Proficient in Excel and Word
- Payroll experience considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Outstanding attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks is a must
- Initiative
- Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, as well as independently
- Adaptability
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must be able to multi-task and possess strong organization skills
