ResponsibilitiesAdmin Support
  • Conduct research on potential funding opportunities and help draft grant proposals and applications.
  • Coordinate with accounts and operations to ensure timely and accurate filing of paperwork.
  • Take notes and update documentation on funding activities.
  • Create presentations and Statements of Work (SOWs) for sales opportunities.
  • Manage and relay messages efficiently for the design and development teams.
  • Coordinate with external partners to ensure deliverables are met with precision.
  • Working closely with the C-Suite team to manage email, Slack and phone call communications.
Marketing Support
  • Craft professional email scripts and manage digital portfolios for the team.
  • Assist in organizing and overseeing internal events, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Support the creative direction for marketing materials and campaigns.
  • Planning events for the staff members to commemorate team milestones.
  • Building and maintaining community events to grow our following on social media and within the technology scene in Toronto and New York.
Sales Support
  • Assist the sales team with drafting and sending communications.
  • Research and identify potential opportunities on job boards and websites.
  • Help manage the sales pipeline by documenting updates and organizing leads.
  • Attending and planning networking events with individuals across LinkedIn and other communication channels.
  • Working closely with Clay, Apollo and Hubspot to manage our lead communications.
  • Experiment with marketing tools to enhance outreach efforts.
  • Tailor cover letters and resumes for specific job applications.
Skills Required
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: You have a knack for keeping things in order and can juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • Proactive: You take the initiative to find solutions and don't wait for instructions to get started.
  • Tech-Savvy: You're comfortable with MS Office, Google Suite, and can quickly pick up new tools and software.
  • Effective Communicator: You excel in both written and verbal communication, able to craft clear messages and presentations.
  • Professional & Discreet: You handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and always maintain a professional demeanor.
  • Adaptable Learner: You're eager to learn and grow, open to new challenges and experiences.

Job Details
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Pay: $45,000.00-$70,000.00 a year
  • Flexible language requirement: French not required
  • Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, Overtime
