AG Direct Hail Insurance Ltd. is a crop hail insurance company serving producers in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. AG Direct Hail is owned by HUB International Ltd.
AG Direct Hail is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to join our Leduc office. This full-time, seasonal role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys learning new things.
As Administrative Assistant, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
• Providing administrative and clerical support to insurance team
• Handling phone calls and client inquiries with professionalism
• Entering and processing data accurately and efficiently
• Performing basic calculations and data checks to ensure accuracy
Requirements:
• Minimum high school completion
• Proficient computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and phone etiquette
• Knowledge of agriculture or farming is an asset but not required.

- Salary: $22/hour
- Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday
