JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Taking orders from growers & communicate with production to deliver the orders timely & accurately.
- Inventory Management
- Completing Sales Orders
- Maintaining and balancing daily reports.
- Assist with Weekly & Monthly reporting.
- Weighing trucks
- Data Entry
- Accounts Payable
- Provide support to Health & Safety as well as other industry audits.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES:
- Good customer service and organizational skills
- Minimum of one year experience in office administration
- Thorough and detail oriented
- Ability to multitask and work with a sense of urgency
- Tact and diplomacy - ensure professionalism when dealing with customers and coworkers.
- Experienced with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- A willingness to work flexible hours is a requirement with extended hours and weekends during spring and fall.
- Work experience or a background in Agriculture is considered an asset.
Wage range is: $20-23/hr
