As an AI Influencer Growth Manager, you’ll take full ownership of established AI influencer brands — driving their growth, refining their identity, and scaling their performance and revenue across platforms.
This is a creative and strategic growth role — not content scheduling.

You’ll operate at the intersection of storytelling, content execution, and performance — owning growth end-to-end and making data-driven decisions daily.
What you’ll do
- Own and evolve AI influencer brand identities — voice, aesthetic, positioning, and narrative consistency
- Shape and refine each character’s online presence to maximize audience connection
- Create and oversee high-quality short-form content with obsessive attention to detail
- Craft hooks that stop the scroll in under one second — and content that sustains attention
- Manage and scale Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter/X accounts with data-driven growth strategies
- Continuously A/B test content formats to optimize retention, engagement, and conversion
- Drive traffic from social platforms to monetization channels — and hit performance targets
- Lead virtual assistants with clear SOPs and quality standards
- Build and maintain structured content calendars in Notion with 100% posting consistency
- Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments before they peak
Requirements
We’re looking for people who have already done this at a high level.
- Direct, hands-on experience in the creator economy or influencer marketing
- Proven track record growing social media accounts (TikTok, Reels, Shorts, or similar)
- Ability to point to real results — not hypotheticals
- Strong short-form video editing skills — able to independently create high-performing content
- Exceptional visual judgment and strong brand consistency instincts
- Experience working with AI content tools, or a demonstrated history of mastering new creative tools quickly
- Data-driven operator — you actively track metrics, identify patterns, and iterate fast
- Deep, native understanding of internet culture — formats, pacing, trends, and shareability
- Obsession with hooks, retention, and watch time — you think in seconds, not minutes
- Highly organized — comfortable managing multiple brands, pipelines, and collaborators
- Self-directed and accountable — you deliver results without hand-holding
Compensation
Base salary + performance-based bonus.
