Primary Duties
· Support the coordination and execution of Enterprise Risk governance activities, including calendars, meetings, action tracking, communication, and deliverables
· Assist in the preparation, formatting, quality review, and consolidation of presentation materials
· Maintain meeting documentation, action logs, and follow-up tracking to support accountability and timely execution
· Support Enterprise Risk budget tracking, forecasting, expense monitoring, and variance reporting
· Track and monitor the use of co-sourced services and subject matter experts, and support related reporting and oversight activities
· Support purchase order and invoice processing in accordance with internal policies, procedures, and approval requirements
· Develop, maintain, and update dashboards, and standardized reporting templates used for management and governance reporting
· Assist with process documentation, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives across Enterprise Risk functions
· Support optimization and effective use of systems and tools to improve efficiency, data quality, and reporting consistency
· Coordinate planning, tracking, and status reporting for Enterprise Risk initiatives, including milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables
· Provide general coordination and administrative support as required to enable effective execution of Enterprise Risk priorities
Qualifications, Skills and Abilities
· Post secondary education in business, finance, accounting, risk management, or related discipline
· Experience in a coordination, administrative, reporting, or governance support role, preferably in a corporate or regulated environment
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
· High attention to detail, with the ability to produce clear, accurate, and professional documentation
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with dashboards, Power BI, Optro (formerly AuditBoard) and other reporting tools is an asset
· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leaders and cross-functional teams
· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, exercise sound judgment, and support continuous improvement initiatives
