- Facilitate communication across disciplines to ensure alignment and consistent application of MOC requirements.
- Provide guidance to field and technical staff on when MOC applies, how to initiate it, and documentation expectations.
- Maintain accurate links between MOCs, Maximo work orders, procedures, drawings, and process safety information.
- Support the implementation and ongoing use of the Maximo MOC module through user input, testing, and issue identification.
- Create and maintain MOC records, reports, and dashboards to track workload, overall status, and compliance indicators.
