AltaGas - Manager, Digital Business Solutions (Corporate, Non-Finance)

AltaGas is seeking a Manager, Digital Business Solutions (Corporate) to lead a team supporting key Corporate functions—Human Resources, Investor Relations, Internal Audit, Environment & Sustainability, Health & Safety, Legal, Corporate Communications, and Community Investment. In this role, you will serve as a digital business partner and strategic advisor, driving operational excellence, managing digital sustainment services, and advancing modern delivery methodologies across the Corporate portfolio.

As a core member of the Digital team, you will lead a team responsible for the stability, performance, and lifecycle of Corporate applications. You will manage business engagement, demand intake, and sustainment delivery while ensuring seamless integration with architecture, planning, program delivery, and AMS partners. You will help shape a high‑performing team culture built on accountability, innovation, and a shared commitment to accelerating value for the organization.

You will:

  • Serve as a visible champion of AltaGas’ values, actively engaging with customers and teams to drive impactful results.

  • Lead transformational efforts that leverage technology to enhance business value, culture, and operational excellence.

  • Manage the “run” component of the digital delivery model—ensuring a stable application landscape that supports Corporate operations.

  • Establish regular alignment processes with Corporate stakeholders, ensuring visibility into strategies, activities, requirements, and digital solutions.

  • Oversee sustainment demand management, prioritization, and product backlogs that reflect organizational needs and resource requirements.

  • Coordinate services with outsourcing partners, ensuring value realization, SLA compliance, and strong service delivery performance.

  • Ensure integration with Digital Architecture and Program Delivery functions to support new initiatives and smooth transitions to sustainment.

  • Lead application operations support, testing, incident resolution, and Root Cause Analysis to foster continuous improvement.

  • Maintain compliance with company standards and proactively identify and mitigate risks across the application portfolio.

  • Foster innovation by evaluating new technologies, approaches, and solutions that support Corporate priorities.

  • Create a learning‑focused environment that supports professional growth and high performance.

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 7+ years leading digital teams at scale in application or infrastructure operations.

  • 3+ years of supervisory experience managing technical or digital teams.

  • Experience partnering with Corporate functions such as HR, IR, ESG/HSE, Legal, Communications, and Community Investment.

  • Hands-on experience sustaining Corporate platforms such as Workday, Enablon, Intelex, SharePoint, or web platforms.

  • Experience with process automation, AI capabilities, or Microsoft Power Platform.

  • Proven success managing outsourcing relationships, SLAs, service delivery, and modern delivery frameworks (Agile, SCRUM, DevOps).

  • Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and data‑driven decision‑making skills.
