Analista de Garantías y Servicio (posventa)
Responsabilidades:

  • Aprobar o negar garantías y pre-autorizaciones de reparo para vehículos y repuestos presentados por la red de concesionarias en cumplimiento con el manual de procedimientos de servicio vigente y criterios establecidos junto al equipo de servicio.
  • Manejar los procesos de garantía e interactuar con concesionarias en Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Perú y Bolivia.
  • Mantener los criterios actualizados y revisarlos periódicamente junto al liderazgo y equipo de servicio.
  • Atender diariamente dudas o solicitudes de Concesionarios en base a inquietudes y problemas presentados en el sistema GWM (Global Warranty Management).
  • Realizar el seguimiento y control de facturación semanal de garantías.
  • Controlar el gasto y determinar oportunidades de ahorros mediante el levantamiento de proyectos o decisiones multi-área.
  • Realizar reportes financieros en cuanto a las cifras de cierre de mes de los pagos por Garantías, Políticas, Mantenimientos Prepagados, Campañas y Road Assistance.
  • Generar estadísticas que incluyan indicadores y proyecciones de garantías a nivel interno y hacia la red de concesionarios a fin de determinar oportunidades de mejora en costos y procesos para toma de decisiones oportunas.


Additional Description
Calificaciones requeridas:

  • Educación: Graduados universitarios con énfasis en Ingeniería Mecánica/Automotriz/Eléctrica o afines.
  • Experiencia previa en puestos similares en áreas de postventa en automotrices/concesionarios/rubros similares a dicha industria.
  • Microsoft Office: nivel intermedio.
  • Inglés: nivel intermedio.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en Ciudad Empresarial, Santiago, Chile en régimen híbrido (3 veces por semana presencial: martes, miércoles y jueves).
