What Data Analytics brings to Cardinal Health:

The Data & Analytics Function oversees the analytics life-cycle in order to identify, analyze and present relevant insights that drive business decisions and anticipate opportunities to achieve a competitive advantage. This function manages analytic data platforms, the access, design and implementation of reporting/business intelligence solutions, and the application of advanced quantitative modeling.

Data Analytics applies business process knowledge and data analytics to develop, recommend and communicate timely, accurate, relevant and actionable insights to support business decisions and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree holder
  • Must have at least 1-2 years work experience Process Mapping & Analysis in a BPO/ Shared Services space
  • Experience in process analysis and improvement
  • Has high attention to details and able to interpret data trends
  • Experience in performing data analysis
  • Strong business process and workflow analytical skills
  • Knowledge in developing business/process requirements
  • Must have knowledge and experience in applying Lean Six Sigma Principles
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
  • MS Office Tools Skills
    • Excel – Intermediate - Advanced
    • PowerPoint – Basic
    • SharePoint – Basic
    • Word – Basic
  • Good to have: Familiarity in using Business Process Management tool like Verint DPA and ProHance
  • Good to have: Experience in using SQL, PowerBI or Tableau
  • Reports Analyst experience in a Shared Services/ BPO environment an advantage
  • Should be willing to work US Hours / Night Shift

  • Perform data analysis of performance data
  • Monitors and interprets data trends and reports risks and issues identified
  • Completes work independently and receives general guidance on new projects
  • Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
  • Identify process issues and risks
  • Identify process inefficiencies and bottlenecks
