NetEase is looking for an AP Accountant to join our expanding team in the North America regions. The ideal candidate will be based in Montreal, report to our Controller based in Singapore, and work closely with the Finance department and management to perform daily financial operations activities as well as identify areas for process improvement.

Responsibilities:
● Collect and review the expense reimbursements of the North America game business focused on Canada;
● Book payments and other accounting journal entries in the Oracle system, both for sub-ledger and general ledger;
● Prepare analysis for accrual and accounts payable balance;
● Assist with monthly closing and submit required financial information to NetEase Group on time according to the reporting requirements of NetEase Group;
● Identify areas of improvements and implement improvements to processes.
● Assists with other tasks assigned in the scope of an accountant.

Qualifications
● Over 5 years of work experience in corporate accounting, account payable section, general ledger, etc.;
● Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting, financial management or auditing is preferred;
● Familiar with accounting standards and relevant laws and regulations;
● Use English as the daily working language, with Chinese communication ability preferred, and be flexible to cross-time zone communication and work cooperation;
● Able to work under pressure, with good self-motivation and a sense of responsibility.

NetEase recherche un Comptable AP pour rejoindre notre équipe en expansion dans les régions d'Amérique du Nord. Le candidat idéal sera basé à Montréal, rapportera à notre contrôleur basé à Singapour, et travaillera en étroite collaboration avec le département financier et la direction pour effectuer les opérations financières quotidiennes ainsi qu'identifier les domaines d'amélioration des processus.

Responsabilités :

● Collecter et examiner les remboursements de frais de l'activité jeux en Amérique du Nord, avec un focus sur le Canada;

● Enregistrer les paiements et autres écritures comptables dans le système Oracle, tant pour le sous-livre que pour le grand livre;

● Préparer des analyses pour les provisions et le solde des comptes fournisseurs;

● Aider à la clôture mensuelle et soumettre les informations financières requises au groupe NetEase dans les délais impartis selon les exigences de reporting du groupe NetEase;

● Identifier les domaines d'amélioration et mettre en œuvre des améliorations de processus.

● Assister à d'autres tâches assignées dans le cadre d'un comptable.

Qualifications :

● Plus de 5 ans d'expérience de travail en comptabilité d'entreprise, section des comptes fournisseurs, grand livre, etc.;

● Diplôme de licence ou supérieur, de préférence en comptabilité, gestion financière ou audit;

● Familiarité avec les normes comptables et les lois et réglementations pertinentes;

● Utiliser l'anglais comme langue de travail quotidienne, avec une capacité de communication en chinois préférée, et être flexible pour la communication et la coopération de travail transfrontalières;

● Capacité à travailler sous pression, avec une bonne auto-motivation et un sens des responsabilités.
