Connect Wealth Solutions (CWS) is a shared service marketing team that supports AmeriLife’s Accumulation and Retirement Income Division (ARI) and its associated Wealth Affiliates. ARI is a dynamic sales and financial marketing organization and one of the largest distributors of insurance products in the industry. ARI’s Wealth Affiliates are designed to provide a foundation for independent financial professionals by offering resources and individualized services to ensure business success. Job Description

Position Responsibilities:

  • Key support for CWS Marketing Account Managers in consultation with independent financial professionals across the country to develop memorable branding and assist with execution of prospecting and lead generation strategies in their local markets.
  • Project management support for various marketing strategies including lead generation, direct mail, digital campaigns and webinars, assist with planning client events, advertising, PR and promotional items.
  • Work with graphic designers, copy writers and third-party vendors to support team efforts to create and execute consistent brand messaging and collateral marketing materials including logo design, stationery, brochures, flyers, websites and spotlight videos.
  • Maintain extraordinary customer relationships as a key client resource, using effective communication, collaboration and utmost professionalism. Help clients understand the creative services process.
  • Efficient project management and coordination of marketing resources. Facilitate creative project responsibilities from start to finish, as assigned
  • Assist with compliance ad review submissions and sunsets to assure that materials meet the regulatory requirements of our industry.
  • Key support for CWS project tracking and reporting, vendor payment processing and expense reconciliation and project management tools (i.e. HubSpot, Rewards Portal, etc.).
  • Work with all groups within the CWS marketing team and ARI Wealth Affiliates to promote a positive team atmosphere and successfully accomplish team goals.
  • Execute to deadlines. Action oriented, keep all projects moving forward, on budget and on strategy. Independent thinker, problem solver and active communicator.

What you bring:
Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years’ marketing experience required.
  • Two-year degree in marketing, advertising, communications or design is required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Internal/external ad agency or account manager experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Salary range: $55,000-$70,000 per year

 **This position will allow you to work 100% remote.**
