We are currently seeking a highly driven Associate Counsel to join our Legal team. This role offers the opportunity to join a rapidly growing company delivering industry-leading solutions to customers in a dynamic and fast-growing sector and this position can be fully remote.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide legal advice and support day-to-day activities
- Expedite sales process and manage customer legal relations
- Collaborate and align with company departments related to legal matters
- Advise on regulatory and compliance matters
- Draft, negotiate, and revise contracts and other documents
- Manage intellectual property portfolio
- Advise on legal and regulatory compliance operations across business verticals
- Undertake special projects and support other compliance program initiatives
- Manage customer legal relations and expedite sales process
- Analyze and solve legal problems
