- Provide support for SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and help with troubleshooting and maintaining
- Windows Services, IIS, Thick-Client deployment
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
- Implement new enhancements as per business requirements
- Create and maintain application support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, procedures, and process documentation.
- On-call support for high priority issues
