What you will do: 

As an Associate Sales Representative specializing in medical devices, you will promote and sell Extremities solutions to healthcare professionals. You confidently conduct product evaluations in Operating Room and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses, and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. Join our purpose- driven team in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.  

  • Assists Sales Representatives in the promotion and sale of medical device products 

  • You will educate and inform doctors, nurses, and appropriate hospital staff personnel as to the proper use and maintenance of Stryker Medical Device Products  

  • You will direct product evaluations in operating rooms and office settings  

  • You may assist in the preparation and operation of trade shows, conventions, and/or clinical meetings  

  • You will keep Manager informed of territory progress on a regular basis  

  • You will solve product problems for customers in an expeditious fashion  

  • You will manage and maintain a sample inventory of products  

  • You must understand and adhere to all operating room and pertinent Occupational Health and Safety Act guidelines when conducting a product evaluation  

  • You have authority to recommend and initiate preventative and correction action with regard to product non-conformances and quality system activities  

 

What you need: 

Required:  

  • University Degree, or 5 years of equivalent work experience 

 

Preferred:  

  • 1+ years of experience as an Associate Sales Representative for a Medical Device company strongly preferred  

  • Experience working in a clinical setting, operating room experience preferred 

Additional Information: 

  • Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations  

  • Internal applicants with an equivalent combination of education, experience and performance over time at Stryker will be considered 

  • Must have a valid driver’s license 

 

 

 

 

Travel Percentage: 30%
