About the Role
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Technology Manager to help Rula scale how we generate, qualify, and measure B2B demand. You will keep HubSpot tightly integrated with Salesforce and other data sources like Segment or Redshift to power automations in hubspot itself or in downstream systems and tools. Additionally, you will set up these automations or help Marketing or RevOps partners build them. This role sits on the B2B growth team and partners closely with Sales, RevOps, Data Engineering, and Analytics. If you are a self-directed, resourceful, and tech-savvy business or technical professional, you enjoy understanding stakeholders needs to optimize and automate operations, and you thrive in an entrepreneurial and scrappy environment - this role is for you.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of related professional experience in total across MarTech, Business Systems, Marketing and RevOps Systems, Performance Marketing, Demand Generation, or Revenue Operations for B2B companies
Experience creating automated workflows, sending information from one system to the other, and using technology in general to automate processes. This includes navigating logical rules (AND vs OR concatenating multiple conditions)
Experience understanding stakeholders needs (going beyond a prescriptive request). This may mean compiling and analysing qualitative data (casual chats, interviews, etc) or quantitative data to clearly define and outline issues and needs that have to be addressed.
Experience leading projects that require cross functional collaboration
Ability to define good architecture and automation design in terms of scalability
