Reporting into the Senior Manager, Finance, you will be responsible for managing and delivering all finance related projects that impact accounting, FP&A and our finance business partners. The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize and see through completion various projects, policies and procedures that will set new standards of quality for the finance function. The ideal candidate would be a hands-on person with exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
 

Main Responsibilities:
 

  • Lead finance related projects in relation to accounting, treasury, FP&A, finance analytics.
  • Gather requirements, scope the work, design the solution and liaise with the relevant teams for quality assurance and change management.
  • Work with the PMO cross functional team to ensure full coordination with departments across the company.
  • Establish with all relevant stakeholders the project governance, plan and communication plan.
  • Drive change management through training, communication and on-going support, with both corporate teams but also our dental practices.
  • Work with finance analysts to track and monitor the progress of the initiatives
  • Work with IT teams, both internal and external to deliver solutions for system related projects.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or Finance.
  • 3-5 years of experience in finance project managements.
  • Bilingual French/English
  • Strong collaboration and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Solid accounting background with hands-on experience in deriving financial impacts from large sets of data.
  • Strong technology acumen with Financial, HR and operational ERPs.
  • Experience with Netsuite and Workday is a plus.
