We're hiring a bilingual French/English Back-Office Coordinator for a busy, family-run junk removal company. You'll be the voice of the business — handling calls and emails, quoting jobs, scheduling crews, and processing payments. It's a role that mixes fast-paced logistics with genuine care for people.
They're a local business that prides itself on doing right by their customers and the environment (they recycle or donate up to 95% of what they collect).

Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and emails in both French and English.
- Give quotes to prospective clients.
- Schedule and coordinate crews/dispatch.
- Process payments.
- Manage rebooking and follow-up with clients.
- Use Quo for phone and Zoho CRM for client/job tracking.
Requirements
- Fluent French and clear, neutral English.
- Strong customer service instincts — empathetic but resilient, able to think on your feet with emotionally varied callers.
- Experience handling incoming phone calls.
- Comfortable working with CRM and phone systems (Quo, Zoho a plus, but not required to start).
- Background in customer service, dispatching, or logistics is a plus — not required.
