Position Overview:
As a Bilingual Regional Recruiter for multiple facilities within a designated geographic region, you will be responsible for driving the recruitment process from end to end, sourcing and hiring top talent while upholding Lineage’s commitment to excellence. This role will serve as a trusted advisor to HR and operational leadership, developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies. In this role, you will guide the recruitment process, providing an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience while meeting performance metrics.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment Partnership: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement effective recruiting strategies that focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring best practices throughout the recruitment process.
  • Develop Sourcing Strategies Identify and engage top talent through innovative sourcing methods, building a pipeline to address current and future hiring needs in your region.
  • Manage Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee the end-to-end recruiting process, from reviewing applicants and conducting phone screens to scheduling interviews and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
  • Enhance Hiring Manager Experience: Foster positive relationships with hiring managers by effectively managing the interview and selection process, including facilitating intake sessions, conducting pre-interview calibrations, and leading post-interview debriefs.
  • Performance Monitoring: Generate and review weekly productivity reports to assess individual performance metrics and ensure timely hiring.
  • Employer Branding and Networking: Represent Lineage at job fairs and networking events, promoting the company’s values and opportunities to prospective applicants.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a high-volume or regional recruitment environment.
  • Recruiting Expertise: Proven track record in driving successful recruitment initiatives and filling job requisitions within performance metrics.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM, or other recruitment tools, with preference given to candidates familiar with Workday Recruiting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.) for sourcing and research.
  • Bilingual Proficiency: Strong written and spoken proficiency in both English and French, enabling effective communication with candidates, hiring managers, and teams across regions.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong self-discipline to meet deadlines and goals without supervision.
  • Travel Flexibility: Ability to travel up to 10% of the time for recruitment events and onsite visits as needed.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required to meet hiring demands.
