What's The Role?

As a Brand Engagement Strategist on our Digital Marketing team, you'll be a pivotal player in executing targeted email and social media marketing campaigns for our diverse portfolio of clients. Representing our core values—Teamwork, Integrity, Positivity, and Initiative—is non-negotiable. Your role involves combining creativity with analytics to design, execute, and optimize email and social media marketing strategies. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, focusing on delivering an exceptional client experience that is tailored to the specific needs of each individual, ensuring satisfaction and long-lasting relationships.
  • Articulate brand voice and objectives tailored to each client's needs, translating them into strategic social media and email campaigns.
  • Collaborate with content writers, editors, videographers, and visual designers, offering detailed briefs and constructive feedback to align with client goals.
  • Oversee social media, email and automation calendars, ensuring adherence to timelines and effective content delivery.
  • Conduct ongoing performance analyses to measure campaign effectiveness, providing insights and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Continuously stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure we are ahead of the curve.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Legally able to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AB
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or client relationship management
  • 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media/email marketing preferred
  • 1+ years of experience with automation platforms is considered an asset. 
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms and key performance indicators
  • Proficiency with email marketing tools like Mailchimp, Hubspot, or and Constant Contact. 
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and innovative thinking
