This role is ideal for someone who thrives on automation, enjoys solving complex build challenges, and wants to make a tangible impact on developer productivity and product quality.

What You’ll Do
  • Design, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to support fast, reliable releases
  • Manage and improve build scripts and tooling across multiple projects
  • Collaborate with developers to streamline workflows and reduce friction in the release process
  • Monitor and troubleshoot build and deployment issues, driving root-cause analysis and long-term fixes
  • Champion best practices in release engineering and automation
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, GoCD and CodePipelines.
  • Hands-on expertise with Docker for containerized builds and deployments
  • Familiarity with Nx (monorepo build system) and modern JavaScript/TypeScript tooling such as WebPack.
  • Solid scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or similar)
  • Experience with version control (Git) and branching strategies
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
Nice to Have
  • Experience with testing frameworks used in CI pipelines
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code (ex Ansible, Helm, K8S)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Experience with monorepos and the monorepo pattern
  • Experience with .NET and typescript development.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
Why Join Us
