About The Role:
We’re looking for a Business Analyst who is equal parts data explorer, strategic thinker, and growth partner. In this role, you'll be responsible for turning complex datasets into actionable insights that guide our marketing and incentive strategies. Your work will directly impact how we structure promotions, optimize campaigns, and ultimately grow our client base.
Over time, you’ll fully own the end-to-end reporting for key Growth campaigns — from discovery to post-launch analysis — collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure insights are scalable, accurate, and easy to understand.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Partnering with Data Science and Engineering to build and refine models that measure the impact of Growth and Marketing initiatives
- Leading analysis on promotional campaigns, including A/B testing, incrementality studies, and projections to uncover opportunities
- Acting as the Growth team’s data voice in cross-functional meetings, ensuring marketing metrics and campaign performance are well understood
- Delivering clear, actionable recommendations based on data to inform business decisions and optimize future campaigns
- Improving team processes, documentation, and internal tooling to ensure long-term scalability and ease of use
What You Bring
- Data-Driven Mindset: You love getting into the data, making sense of it, and turning it into decisions that move the needle
- Problem-Solving Strength: You approach ambiguity with curiosity and confidence — and can invent new ways to measure success when the roadmap doesn’t yet exist
- Collaborative Communication: You know how to translate technical insights into stories that marketing, product, and client experience teams can act on
- End-to-End Ownership: You’ve led reporting or analysis projects from start to finish and know how to balance detail with execution
You’ll Succeed in This Role If You:
- Have independently run in-depth business reviews with teams like growth, product, design, or client experience
- Enjoy tackling ambiguous challenges with a big-picture lens and practical execution
- Ask smart questions and aren’t afraid to challenge assumptions with data
- Thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
Required Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in growth/performance marketing analytics or a closely related role
- Proficient in SQL (intermediate to advanced level), with experience using tools like Preset (Apache Superset), DataGrip, or similar BI platforms
- Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving insights (not structuring data pipelines)
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing, campaign analysis, and performance reporting
- Strong business storytelling and communication skills — able to present insights to non-technical audiences
- Ability to work independently on ambiguous problems and represent data insights across cross-functional teams
💡 Bonus Points If You Have:
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools or paid media platforms
- Exposure to Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms
- Experience analyzing promotions, incentives, or performance-based offers
- Familiarity with incrementality testing or experimental design
- Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or other high-growth environments
