Are you passionate about performance analysis, customer experience, and growth? As a Business Analyst, you will contribute to strategic initiatives within Global Client Experience (GCX), whose mission is to accelerate growth by enhancing client acquisition and engagement, personalizing experiences, and expanding cross-selling opportunities across the organization.

Working closely with Growth Hub, Analytics, Data, Salesforce Hub, Marketing, and Martech teams, you will transform campaign results and business data into actionable insights and recommendations. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our growth and performance objectives. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Produce and maintain performance analyses related to campaigns, customer journeys, growth initiatives, and Growth Hub capabilities;
  • Analyze results to identify trends, opportunities, performance gaps, and factors influencing campaign success;
  • Contribute to the development and monitoring of business performance indicators, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms;
  • Prepare analyses, summaries, and presentation materials for governance committees and business stakeholders;
  • Document and structure business needs, processes, business rules, decision flows, success criteria, functional requirements, and user stories;
  • Support the Performance Product Owner in backlog management, prioritization, and monitoring of dependencies, risks, issues, and deliverables;
  • Participate in PI Planning, sprint reviews, and other Agile ceremonies while contributing to solution validation and post-implementation performance assessments;
  • Foster collaboration among business, analytics, and technology teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of growth, personalization, cross-selling, automation, and performance practices.

What Could Help You Succeed in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has experience or strong knowledge in marketing, campaigns, marketing analytics, growth, customer experience, or cross-selling;
  • Can understand complex business challenges and the full lifecycle of campaigns, from target segment selection to performance evaluation;
  • Demonstrates strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data and performance metrics into meaningful business recommendations;
  • Has advanced proficiency with Excel for data analysis and reporting;
  • Is comfortable using data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms;
  • Has knowledge of Databricks, Salesforce, Data Cloud, CRM Analytics, Customer 360, or comparable analytical environments (an asset);
  • Is recognized for their rigor, adaptability, autonomy, and ability to thrive in fast-paced and complex environments;
  • Excels at communicating insights, influencing stakeholders, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Intermediate level of English proficiency is required, as the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing documentation in English and collaborating regularly with multiple English-speaking stakeholders, although most day-to-day verbal interactions will take place in French.

Why You Will Love Working With Us
  • A work environment where learning and professional development are combined with a shared pursuit of excellence;
  • Artificial intelligence tools available to all employees, helping increase personal effectiveness and supporting organizational growth;
  • A healthy, safe, equitable, and inclusive workplace where everyone can reach their full potential;

What you need to know about the Calgary Tech Scene

Employees can spend up to one-third of their life at work, so choosing the right company is crucial, not just for the job itself but for the company culture as well. While startups often offer dynamic culture and growth opportunities, large corporations provide benefits like career development and networking, especially appealing to recent graduates. Fortunately, Calgary stands out as a hub for both, recognized as one of Startup Genome's Top 100 Emerging Ecosystems, while also playing host to a number of multinational enterprises. In Calgary, job seekers can find a wide range of opportunities.
