What You Will Accomplish with Us

As a Business Analyst, you will be at the heart of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

· Collaborating with stakeholders to gather, analyze and clarify business needs while ensuring strategic alignment;
· Analyzing impacts and risks related to the implementation of technology solutions and operational process changes;
· Acting as a liaison between project teams, business teams and operational teams;
· Conducting impact analyses between current and target processes and proposing improvements to enhance operational efficiency;
· Contributing to change management activities and supporting user adoption through communications, tools and training.

What Could Accelerate Your Success in This Role

We are looking for someone who:

· Holds a college diploma (DEC) or a bachelor’s degree in computer science, administration or any other relevant field;
· Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, operationalization or in a similar role;
· Is recognized for their ability to analyze business processes and operational impacts;
· Stands out for strong collaboration, coordination and communication skills with diverse stakeholders;
· Demonstrates a high level of rigor, curiosity and strong synthesis skills in a transformation context;
· Has an advanced level of proficiency in English, as the person will be required to collaborate with partners, participate in meetings and produce documentation for internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.

· Fluent in French both oral and written
