Business Development Manager – Enterprise Training Solutions (ETS)

Location: US or Canada - Remote

About the role:

BSI is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager – Enterprise Training Solutions (ETS) to drive revenue growth and client engagement for our comprehensive training portfolio across the US and Canada. This pivotal role focuses on building and nurturing long-term client relationships, managing business development efforts, and executing tailored training solutions to meet client needs.

Reporting directly to the Training Director, Americas Assurance, you will play a critical role in shaping training delivery, ensuring compliance, and driving operational efficiency that supports revenue generation across the Americas.

In your day to day, you will be responsible for:

  • Revenue Growth & Sales Management: Develop and execute a strategic plan to exceed annual revenue targets, lead consultative sales discussions, and collaborate with Field and Strategic Sales teams to identify and close training opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, proactively identify new business opportunities within key industries, and prepare tailored proposals that meet client needs.
  • Market & Pipeline Development: Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, analyze market trends to inform business strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and operational excellence.
  • Performance & Reporting: Regularly report on sales progress and forecasts, meet KPIs (e.g., revenue targets, pipeline growth), and actively promote BSI at industry events and client meetings.

To be successful in the role, you will have:

  • A minimum of 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in training solutions or professional services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and analysis.
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Salary Range:
The salary for this position can range from $97,600 to $122,000 annually, depending on experience, location, and internal compensation factors.
