Job Responsibilities:

The Business Development Manager for Mill Liners will be responsible for developing Milling Consumables go-to-market concepts and business development implementation.

•Develop and manage product sales optimization (‘how to sell’) program

•Manage development and implementation of long-term strategic contracts

•Partner with respective groups to develop, and manage cross-collaboration, of marketing activities

•Oversee and implement projects that deliver financial value to the business (e.g. e-commerce strategy, M&A business case coordination and development)

•Scoping and management of strategic projects; maintains responsibility of deliverables and timelines; manages stakeholder expectations

•Lead development of training materials and facilitate product/solution trainings globally

•Participate as an active member of the Milling Consumables management team

•Builds trust and productive relationships with stakeholders
