Our Business Development Managers are dedicated to generating business and building strong relationships with our broker partners, as well as fostering internal connections.  They identify, investigate, and develop business opportunities that drive Northbridge Financial’s growth and success.

Passionate about relationships with our Brokers, our Business Development Managers work closely to nurture these partnerships while monitoring and reviewing results to ensure strong profitability.

Using strong analytical skills, our BDMs analyze results, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities using internal and market data. This work significantly contributes to our long-term success.

If you’re great at: 

  • Developing and fostering exceptional relationships

  • Planning, organizing, and managing multiple demands

  • Working with a long-term perspective in addressing our business needs

And you have:

  • 5+ years in the Property + Casualty industry in a Business Development role

  • Solid knowledge of insurance products, insurance concepts, and sales concepts

  • A strong understanding of business strategy

  • The ability to maintain a flexible working schedule

Pay Range for Vancouver is a base of: 90k-125k.
