As a Business Intelligence Analyst – Marketing, you will play a key role in supporting marketing strategy, business growth, and customer experience by transforming data into actionable insights. What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Business Intelligence Analyst – Marketing, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and continuously enhancing Power BI dashboards to monitor overall business performance and marketing performance (campaigns, acquisition, retention);

  • Ensuring the quality, integrity, and consistency of data used in analyses and reporting tools;

  • Analyzing the performance of marketing initiatives across the different stages of the customer funnel and identifying insights to support decision-making;

  • Responding to analytical requests from the Marketing team and other internal partners (customer and advisor experience, growth, sales);

  • Contributing to the implementation of analytical solutions with a focus on data structuring, transformation, automation, and documentation;

  • Interpreting and clearly communicating analytical results to support strategic and operational business decisions;

  • Advising partners on best practices in business intelligence, marketing analytics, and data visualization;

  • Collaborating in the application of best practices related to data governance, security, and protection.

What could accelerate your success in this role

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, finance, data science, computer science, or another relevant field;

  • Has 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in business intelligence or analytics, ideally in a marketing or commercial context;

  • Demonstrates strong expertise in Power BI and data visualization principles;

  • Has a solid knowledge of SQL and Python, or a strong interest in further developing these skills;

  • Shows a good understanding of marketing concepts and performance metrics (campaigns, acquisition, retention, funnels);

  • Is able to connect data insights with business needs and strategic objectives;

  • Is recognized for their analytical thinking, synthesis skills, and ability to simplify complex concepts;

  • Demonstrates agility, rigor, autonomy, and a collaborative mindset in a matrix environment;

  • Has knowledge of the insurance and savings industry (an asset).
