Job Description
The IT Infrastructure and Operations department is seeking a full-time summer student to join our team for a 4-month term from May to August 2025. In this role you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience under the guidance of Senior Mangers. The successful candidate will have a variety of business skills with a focus on data analytics within IT Operations.
Key accountabilities:
Data Analysis and forecasting will include:
Financial analysis and planning
Service Desk Ticket Analysis
Operational Staff Resource Management
Dashboard creation for managers using PowerBI, ServiceNow or similar
IT Forecasting
Service Desk Ticket resolution times
Product issue time (What product is consuming all of our Ops time)
Mean time to close
Open tickets VS closed tickets
Closing stale tickets / Ticket follow up
Resource Management
Availability planning
Task monitoring within I&O
Morning standups
Workday Time allocation (G&A vs Capital)
Business Planning
Participate in the business planning cycle for 2026
Creation of Business Planning documentation
Resource estimate planning
Procurement planning
Operational cost planning

Experience with documentation creation is an asset.
Having a Positive and professional attitude.
