As a Business Systems & Automation Analyst, you will:
- Support day-to-day operations of ERP systems and related business applications, including
troubleshooting, issue resolution, and user support. - Develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI reports and dashboards to support business
decision-making. - Build and support workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and
Power Apps. - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation across
business functions. - Create and maintain documentation, procedures, user guides, and training materials.
- Participate in testing, implementation, and deployment of new solutions and enhancements.
- Engage with internal stakeholders to support system improvements.
- Provide user training and ongoing support as required.
- Explore AI and machine learning capabilities within Microsoft technologies to drive
efficiencies. - Provide timely updates to stakeholders, identify risks, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science,
Data Analytics, or a related field. - 1 to 2 years of experience in business systems, data analytics, application support, or a
similar role. Recent graduates with relevant co-op or internship experience are encouraged
to apply. - Experience creating reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Power BI.
Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. - Understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work directly with business users to understand requirements and provide
support. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong aptitude for technology and continuous improvement.
Nice to Have Qualifications:
- Experience supporting ERP platforms such as JD Edwards, Microsoft Dynamics GP, or
Microsoft Dynamics 365. - Experience with SQL Server, data extraction, report development, and database queries.
- Exposure to Power Automate Desktop and robotic process automation (RPA).
- Experience with SSRS, data integration tools, or ETL processes.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
