Job Description Summary

We are looking for an experienced Change Communications Manager to lead strategic communication efforts for a top global financial services client. This role involves crafting and executing impactful communication strategies to support workplace and change management initiatives across diverse markets and business units.

About the Role:

  • Develop and align communication strategies with regional priorities, project goals, and change narratives while identifying risks and mitigation plans.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure messaging supports business strategy and provide strategic guidance on communicating change initiatives.
  • Manage internal communications across various channels, ensuring brand consistency and impactful delivery.
  • Contribute to team vision, mentor direct reports, and actively engage in continuous learning and career growth.
  • Advocate for Global Total Workplace concepts and support internal initiatives to enhance team efficiency and alignment.

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field with 8–10 years of global corporate or change communications experience, ideally in real estate.
  • Exceptional written and spoken English, with strong writing and editing abilities for diverse audiences.
  • Highly motivated, organized, adaptable, and effective under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Proven success in developing and executing communication strategies; combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement; familiarity with change management methodologies like ADKAR or Prosci is a plus.
