Responsibilities

  • Managing relationships at executive and various technical sales levels with Channel Partners and Rockwell Automation in Canada.
  • Implement demand plan forecasting cadence with client and our Connected Products manufacturing facility.
  • Coordinate and facilitate technical product line training requirements in various levels in the client’s sales organization
  • Deliver bookings growth for Measurement Core products, PAB solutions and services. A Key Measure will be bookings growth
  • Identify major project opportunities within the NAM region where opportunities for high-value Sensia products and integrated solutions exist
  • Collaborate with all Sensia Account Sales Team Managers company sellers to grow business and market position
  • Qualify identified projects with potential opportunities at an early stage (typically FEED or earlier) to ensure specification
  • Lead the engagement process for the project by building relationships with key influencers in the region for these projects and assigned accounts
  • Build relationships directly or via representatives to ensure Sensia equipment and solutions are preferred for projects of interest
  • Manage the liaison with other Regional Sales leaders and Territory Managers to ensure a cohesive strategy with inter-region project pursuits
  • Maintain project and opportunity tracking for the assigned accounts in the region (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

Key Measures of success

  • Bookings growth for Sensia products and solutions with assigned channel partner accounts      
  • Pipeline of project opportunities developed for the appropriate product lines and solutions (Front log)
  • Account penetration through Approved Vendors Lists/ Bookings
  • Will to Win

Qualifications and
Education
Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and O&G technical background with a minimum 5 - 10 years of experience
  • Strong customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational, research, and multitasking abilities
  • Strong negotiating and problem-solving skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Experience in Technical Sales
  • Experience in the pursuit of project opportunities ranging in value from $0.1 - $10m
  • Measurement and Instrumentation, Process Automation and Controls, Digital Solutions sales and technical experience are preferred
  • Experience of selling concepts at a senior management level
  • Strong track record in the NAM Oil & Gas Market and well-connected within the Oil and Gas sector
  • Based in Calgary, AB.
