Beringer Technology Group is a certified Microsoft Partner with expertise in several Cloud Applications including Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft 365, Azure, and the Power Platform. Beringer is seeking a software sales professional with a proven track record of success. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for expanding Beringer’s client base and building a book of business, as well as supporting a subset of existing clients. This position will be responsible for creating a cross-sell initiative within Evergreen Services Group, a group of 80+ technology firms, leveraging key stakeholders and influencers to create sales opportunities with prospective clients. This role will be responsible for managing a small number of existing clients to promote retention and offer additional services provided by Beringer. Additionally, this position will be responsible for building a pipeline, managing sales cycles, and contracting new clients and project services. This position will require strong sales execution, business acumen, and relationship building skills.

Your work as a Channel Sales Account Manager will include several components:

• Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Microsoft cloud solutions to new or existing clients, driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets.

• Solution Expertise: Maintain a deep understanding of Microsoft cloud applications, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365, to effectively address client needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact for all things related to Microsoft cloud applications.

• Customer Success: Ensure clients are successfully leveraging Microsoft cloud applications to achieve their business objectives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, technical support, and product development, to deliver seamless and effective client experiences.

• Market Intelligence: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to provide clients with informed recommendations and insights.

• Reporting: Track and report on key account metrics, including quota attainment, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth, to senior management.

Our ideal Channel Sales Account Manager has the following qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably within the cloud computing industry.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Microsoft cloud applications, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and the Power Platform.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.

• Customer Focus: Proven track record of managing and growing client relationships, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and success.

• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve client issues effectively and efficiently.

• Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

• Certification: Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Business Central Fundamentals, Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals) are highly desirable.

• Must be able to travel +50%.
