About the Role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Client Assistant to support our Commercial Team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and efficient data entry across multiple software platforms, allowing the Service Team to focus on client relationships and revenue growth. With this role, you will open the door to an exciting career path opportunity with NFP and be a valued member and key partner in ensuring client satisfaction.


What You’ll Do

You will manage a variety of administrative tasks including:

  • Process and organize key policy documents (Renewals, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements.), ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Review incoming documents for critical coverage details and compare them against system records.
  • Accurately enter and maintain data across multiple platforms to support timely client service.
  • Prepare and issue invoices, including premium financing, and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate closely with the service team and other administrative teams to support workflows.
  • Follow up on outstanding documents with carriers and support general administrative functions as required.

What You Bring

  • AB General License would be considered an asset
  • Strong technical skills and comfort working across various platforms and systems.
  • High attention to detail with a keen ability to spot inconsistencies or issues in documentation.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
  • Problem-Solving mindset and initiative in troubleshooting issues and improving processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
