Job Description
The Client Onboarding and Service (COS) organization is dedicated to providing a best-in-class experience to our clients and employees. As part of the Finance & Business Management (F&BM) organization, COS focuses on middle-office functions that enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Join our COS Business Management support team, where you'll collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic initiatives and deliver high-quality executive communications. Be part of a dynamic team that supports global business objectives and enhances client and employee experiences.
As a Business Manager Vice President within the COS organization, you will work closely with senior leadership to provide executive communication support, strategic initiative tracking, and financial control. Your role involves creating executive presentations, coordinating business initiatives, and delivering data-driven insights to support key business objectives.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, collect, and communicate information to support COS senior leadership in achieving business objectives.
  • Partner with business executives to create high-quality executive presentations and special topic storylines.
  • Participate in planning key business initiatives and track execution across functions.
  • Provide data and reporting for business presentations that distill complex ideas into actionable messages.
  • Coordinate initiatives with stakeholders and monitor outcomes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Articulate complex topics in executive-level communications for management meetings and business reviews.
  • Assist in driving efficiencies and managing risks impacting finance and budgets.
  • Collaborate with functional leads to develop strategies that deliver world-class client and employee experiences.
  • Identify cross-impacts and impediments to progress and ensure they are addressed.
  • Manage a team of business management analysts.


Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Management, or related field.
  • 5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to communicate at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information and create professional presentations for senior executives.
  • Experience managing programs and strategic initiatives across multiple functions.
  • Self-directed with the ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.
  • Critical thinker with the ability to analyze information and provide sustainable solutions.
  • Experience with PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and other workplace tools.


Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities:

  • Previous people management experience.
