Translate client needs into actionable program plans, facilitate training, and support workflow adoption to drive long-term value.·       Data Analysis and Insights - Analyze program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, delivering actionable insights through dashboards and performance reporting. Ensure quality control across collected data, GIS integrations, and program deliverables.·       Continuous Improvement - Streamline client workflows, improve program efficiency, and support the scaling of client programs by demonstrating value through data-driven KPIs. Contribute to the development of strategic use cases, such as advanced leak survey optimization and emissions management.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strategic Thinking - Ability to align program execution with client goals and long-term business outcomes.
  • Analytical Skills - Proven experience analyzing complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • GIS Proficiency - Experience with GIS tools (e.g., ESRI ArcGIS, QGIS) for spatial data management is a plus.
  • Client Engagement - Strong client-facing abilities, with excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • Program Management - Skilled at managing programs end-to-end, including planning, execution, risk mitigation, and delivering results.
  • Technical Communication - Ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
  • Organized Execution - Exceptional ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, GIS, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client-facing roles such as program management or technical project delivery.
  • Ability to travel on short notice to client locations.
  • Prior experience in the natural gas, energy, or infrastructure sectors is strongly preferred.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
