We’re looking for a Commercial Sales Representative to join the iON team. In this role, you will help organizations build resilience through cybersecurity. You will be responsible for pursuing new logos, prospecting, and nurturing existing business.

As a Commercial Sales Representative, you will drive revenue growth by aiding in delivering tailored, outcomes-based cybersecurity solutions that let clients focus on what they do best.

This role is ideal for a curious, collaborative individual committed to excellence who thrives in a consultative sales environment, enjoys solving complex business problems, and works closely with technical experts to deliver meaningful client outcomes.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of our Commercial Sales team, you’ll live into iON’s values by putting customers first, building trust, and providing value. You will nurture existing relationships, expand accounts, and hunt for new opportunities while supporting the growth of our cybersecurity business. In this role, you will:

  • Build and manage net-new pipeline through strategic prospecting, client engagement, and partner collaboration.
  • Lead discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and position tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Build authentic, lasting client relationships by listening closely to their needs and uncovering opportunities to serve them better.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to design account strategies and execute sales plans.
  • Support responses to RFPs, and RFQs in coordination with the sales and technical teams.
  • Partner with technology vendors, alliance partners, and internal stakeholders to drive joint opportunities and deliver comprehensive, customer-focused solutions.
  • Partner with Pre-Sales and technical experts to design and deliver high-value solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through closing and expansion.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.

What You Bring

We’re looking for someone who embodies our values, is driven to serve customers, and is eager to grow. Ideally, you have:

  • 1-3 years of sales or account development experience, previous cybersecurity knowledge is an advantage.
  • Proven ability to contribute to sales cycles and support successful deal closures.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Outlook, Word, and Salesforce (or similar CRM tools).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • A customer-first mindset paired with clear, persuasive communication.
  • Curiosity, drive, and a commitment to continuous learning through training and certifications.
