KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Drive Brand Growth: Support the development and execution of marketing plans that align with our Foods strategy and Unilever’s purpose-led, future-fit vision.
Champion Innovation: Contribute to our innovation pipeline—helping to launch new products and enhance existing favorites, working closely with cross-functional teams.
Engage Consumers: Bring our brands to life through digital and social campaigns, building loyalty and excitement among consumers.
Deliver Insights: Analyze market trends and consumer data, providing actionable recommendations that drive business results.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with talented colleagues across Europe, sharing best practices and learning from each other in a supportive, inclusive environment.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
3+ years of FMCG marketing experience
Strong digital marketing and social media skills
Analytical mindset with a knack for turning data into insights
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Strong skills in managing relationships with multiple stakeholders
