How you’ll succeed.

Project Management - Utilizing program and project management best practices, follow an AML operating model in which you will manage and/or support internal AML business projects and initiatives. Develop, track and manage where applicable project plans, timelines and scope. Successfully plan, execute, control and close projects against defined scope and budget using the banks procedures and policies. Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile methodologies an asset.

Executive Communication - Provide clear and concise communication to Senior Leadership team on processes and initiatives. Utilize strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to clearly articulate requests and facts when interacting internally and externally.

Relationship Management and Collaboration - Help internal partners make informed decisions about the development of programs, products, and services. Build relationships with Business Partners, Technology Partners and Project team members. You’ll have an ability to develop good working relationships and will be given the opportunity to interact with internal partners while you gain experience in effective stakeholder management. You will have the ability to coordinate efforts across functional teams and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization. You’ll have the ability to operate in an evolving, ambiguous, matrixed environment and will be able to remain flexible with shifting priorities.

Innovate and Simplify – Simplify complex processes and interactions for a better user experience, quality product and efficient delivery. Produce innovative solutions for our AML end-users that help them to get their work done faster and easier.

Who you are

You have knowledge of banking change management with a focus on regulatory, risk management, financial crime or AML programs. You understand various lines of businesses, products, services, delivery channels and new technologies to understand how change is managed in a large organization. Ability to gather and document business requirements to mitigate AML/ATF risks will be an asset.

You can demonstrate experience in Project Management methodology, principles, and tools. It’s an asset if you have experience with Agile methodologies, Program/Portfolio Management, managing processes, HP Planview, and knowledge of the Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC). You have experience in managing projects.

Your analytical approach is an asset. You can easily communicate your knowledge to others by many means including oral and written communications, process maps and presentation skills.
