Job Description:
Reporting to and partnering with the Engagement Manager and SVP Strategy & Business Intelligence will be responsible to analyze, evaluate and make recommendations on company strategy, including how to grow and optimize the core business, which adjacent markets to pursue and how to position the company in competitive markets.
As a member of the Operational Performance leadership team, the Associate will use data to identify and implement high-value strategic or operational initiatives. They will be a life-long learner with an ability to adapt and apply past experiences to new situations. They will also have a high tolerance for ambiguity, with an ability to operate in a world where there isn't complete clarity and where the environment is fluid, both internally and externally.

What you'll do:
- Conduct industry and user research (e.g. market/consumer trends, commissioned surveys, expert interviews)
- Conduct data analysis (e.g., market sizing, building revenue models)
- Contribute to the overall problem-solving approach, including breaking down the problem to identify root causes and develop analyses
- Owning and driving high-quality research and analysis, both qualitative and quantitative
- Create, design, and deliver internal strategy presentations, including the presentation for annual Board strategy meeting and components of regular board updates
- Collaborate with strategy team members to guide and develop team members (i.e. analysts)
- Keep up with latest trends in the Learning and Development sector
- Partner with all business teams across the organization to ensure implementation of strategy recommendations for Pluralsight

Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree from a top tier school, 3-4 years of experience OR Graduate from a top tier school (e.g., MBA) and 1-2 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm or company strategy team
Travel Requirements:
While Pluralsight operates under a remote and hybrid work model, we believe that in-person connection and collaboration are important. Recurring travel to our HQ in Utah may be required depending on the role and team member location.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $128,000 - $158,000 USD. Pluralsight's pay ranges vary based on work location. Talent Acquisition can share more detail during the hiring process when applicable. Each candidate's compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. In addition to the base salary and variable, this role may also be eligible for benefits and bonuses.
