The Content and Marketing Coordinator is responsible for developing engaging visual and written content, managing social media platforms, and supporting digital and partnership marketing initiatives across Hotel Arts Group and its affiliated brands, including Hotel Arts, Hotel Arts Kensington, Yellow Door Bistro, Freestyle Social Club & Poolside, Catering by Hotel Arts, Curated Catering, and Begin Dining Tower (SAIT).

This role combines creative content production, social media management, and on-site marketing coordination. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to translate brand objectives into compelling digital experiences that drive awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop, design, and implement engaging content across all Hotel Arts Group brands including graphics, videos, reels, newsletters, and blog content.
  • Create high-quality visual assets (images, infographics, digital posters, and web content) that align with brand standards and campaign objectives.
  • Coordinate and capture photo/video content at key events and activations for digital and social use.
  • Support digital design needs for web, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and related tools for design and editing.
  • Manage and grow Hotel Arts Group’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others).
  • Develop and schedule social media calendars, campaigns, and posts designed to drive engagement and brand awareness.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (monthly, quarterly, annually) to evaluate campaign effectiveness and audience growth.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and platform features to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Facilitate online conversations, engage with followers, and respond to feedback and inquiries.
  • Develop and curate new brand channels such as Hotel Arts TikTok, ensuring on-brand, creative execution.
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for Curated Catering and Begin Dining Tower (SAIT) partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the SAIT team and on-site Hotel Arts staff to deliver aligned marketing support and communications.
  • Coordinate photo/video shoots, media visits, and event coverage.
  • Assist in planning and executing on-site promotional activations and brand events.
  • Write and edit copy for newsletters, digital communications, blog articles, and campaign collateral.
  • Support the development and execution of internal communications materials and staff engagement initiatives.
  • Manage promotional inventory (swag) and fulfillment.
  • Perform administrative and project support duties within the Marketing Team as required.
Position Knowledge:
  • 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, communications, content creation, or social media coordination.
  • Proven expertise in social media management and content development across multiple platforms.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva for visual and digital design and other platforms for editing, post imagery creation, post & document creation, etc.
  • Skills in photography and video editing considered a bonus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across departments and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related discipline preferred.
