Your work will strengthen TabaPay’s industry authority and support measurable qualified inbound growth.

This is a senior individual contributor role. You will set priorities, build repeatable processes, and have the opportunity to grow into managing a team as the content program expands.

What You’ll Own

Content Strategy and Editorial Program

  • Define content priorities for target industries, audiences, use cases, and products in partnership with Product Marketing Managers.
  • Build and manage an integrated editorial and distribution calendar across the blog, website, social channels, research, events, and campaigns.
  • Write, edit, and publish useful industry, use-case, product, and thought leadership content; repurpose launches, research, events, and executive perspectives across channels.

Executive Thought Leadership and Social

  • Lead the executive LinkedIn program, beginning with Rodney and Meeta and expanding to Manoj and Tim.
  • Develop the company’s organic social strategy, editorial cadence, and channel-specific distribution approach.
  • Work closely with executives to turn their expertise into distinct, accurate points of view and reliable publishing rhythms.

Organic Discovery and Growth

  • Own the content plan for search and Answer Engine Optimization, including topic selection, content improvements, and learning from performance.
  • Partner with web, demand generation, and analytics colleagues to improve organic conversion and connect content to qualified inbound opportunities.
  • Build a practical measurement dashboard and use findings to refine the editorial roadmap.

Research, Customer Stories, and Earned Visibility

  • Lead the flagship industry report, from editorial concept and research plan through production and distribution.
  • Develop a case study program and coordinate customer proof points with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
  • Set priorities for the PR agency with the VP of Marketing and support speaking opportunities with relevant content and executive perspectives.

Experience

  • Strong B2B content marketing experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or another regulated industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to set strategy and personally produce strong writing, editing, and content across formats.
  • Experience running executive thought leadership, organic social, and search-led content programs.
  • Ability to make complex payment or financial topics clear and useful to business audiences.
  • Sound editorial judgment, comfort using performance data, and skill coordinating executives, peers, agencies, and customer stakeholders.
  • Interest in building a content function and growing into people leadership.

Success in This Role

Success will be measured by progress across business outcomes and the quality and consistency of the content program:

  • Growth in qualified nonpaid inbound opportunities and content-influenced pipeline.
  • Improved branded search impressions and organic website conversion.
  • Meaningful engagement with executive and company LinkedIn content.
  • Priority content delivered on schedule, including the flagship report and industry content.
  • An expanded case study program with customer-approved, quantifiable results where available.

First 90 Days

  • Develop the H1 editorial and distribution calendar and content strategy for priority industries.
  • Launch an executive LinkedIn program and production cadence, starting with Rodney and Meeta.
  • Create a search and Answer Engine Optimization topic plan, set the blog roadmap, and publish the first priority posts.
