The Opportunity:
PureSpectrum is seeking a Content Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. This role is responsible for shaping the narrative of our products and managing the global content calendar that drives awareness, engagement, and thought leadership.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic marketer skilled at balancing storytelling and product positioning. You will partner closely with Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, and the broader Marketing team to create cohesive messaging, impactful content, and successful go-to-market campaigns. You will collaborate across regions to ensure our product positioning and content resonate with audiences worldwide, bringing a deep understanding of our industry and a strong command of the PureSpectrum voice to everything you create.
Your Responsibilities:
- Own the global content calendar, ensuring content is planned, created, and promoted across multiple channels and regions.
- Develop and execute content strategies that support global marketing priorities and regional business goals.
- Create and manage content across formats, including blogs, case studies, whitepapers, emails, social media, and web copy, writing original, high-quality content that reflects our brand voice and resonates with our audience.
- Apply SEO best practices to content creation and optimization, leveraging the right platforms and tools to maximize reach and performance.
- Coordinate social media pushes and content promotion to maximize visibility and engagement.
- Track performance metrics, analyze impact, and continuously optimize future campaigns and content strategy.
- Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to inform product narrative, content priorities, and positioning.
- Work on Generative Engine Optimization tactics and strategy to ensure PureSpectrum is showing for the write prompts across all LLMs
- Serve as a subject matter expert internally and externally, supporting training, client-facing materials, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Sales Enablement, and regional teams to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across all touchpoints.
Experience & Qualifications:
- 4–7 years of B2B marketing experience, highly preferred in market research, data, or insights industries
- Proven ability to manage both content creation and product marketing responsibilities
- Experience owning a content calendar, including social promotion and campaign execution
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages a plus
- Demonstrated understanding of SEO principles and content optimization strategies
- Familiarity with marketing automation, CRM, and CMS tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive, WordPress)
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Sales Enablement
- GEO/AEO experience is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure, report on, and act on performance data
