About this Role:

As a Content Marketing Manager, you will be a key player in shaping the narrative around our products and driving engagement with our target audience. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who will have the opportunity to lead our content strategy, creating content that educates and excites our audience of Site Reliability Engineers, Engineering Leaders, and other practitioners in the reliability and incident response space. You will:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our overall marketing and business objectives.
  • Create a high volume of compelling, high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more, to establish thought leadership in the industry.
  • Utilize your deep knowledge of SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and drive organic traffic.
  • Stay informed about SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry changes to continuously enhance our content strategy.
  • Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to understand the technical aspects of our products and effectively communicate them to our audience.
  • Tailor content to resonate with technical audiences, particularly in the Devops/SRE space.
  • Leverage social media channels to amplify our content, engage with our audience, and build a strong online community.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns that align with our brand and marketing goals.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of events to enhance our brand presence and connect with our target audience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event participation.


The Ideal Candidate: 

  • Proven expertise in content marketing with a focus on B2B SaaS
  • Extensive proficiency in SEO strategies
  • Track record of developing and implementing content strategies for technical products, with a background in Devops/SRE being highly advantageous
  • Startup experience highly preferred 
  • Advanced skills in social media management
  • Highly adept writer/editor, knowledge of Chicago Manual of Style would be an asset
  • Prior events experience is a bonus though not a mandatory requirement
  • Some light design experiece or abilities (simple Canva graphics etc) would be an asset but not required
