The Role:

We are seeking a talented and driven Content Marketing Specialist to shape and execute AirDNA's content strategy, driving the growth of our brand's authority in the short-term rental (STR) industry. Reporting to the Content Marketing Manager, this role will be pivotal in producing high-quality, SEO-optimized content that aligns with our brand and fuels organic traffic growth. This role will oversee daily editorial operations, analyze content performance and expand our blog's reach. We’re looking for a creative and adaptable content marketer with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for leveraging evolving AI and marketing technologies to stay ahead in the dynamic content landscape.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Drive Organic Growth: Lead efforts to grow blog traffic and improve SEO performance using tools like SEMrush and Google Analytics.
  • Create and Manage Content: Publish high-quality, SEO-optimized articles weekly, managing a team of freelancers and integrating AI to scale output.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Align content with marketing and product goals and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Champion Brand Voice: Uphold AirDNA’s tone across all content, providing training and conducting audits to ensure alignment.
  • Optimize Through Data: Track content performance, identify improvements, and refine strategies based on key insights.
  • Innovate and Stay Ahead: Introduce new content formats and leverage AI and industry trends to engage audiences effectively.

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  • 3-5 years of content marketing experience
  • Tools: Google Analytics, SEMrush, Search Console, CMS’, ChatGPT (or other LLMs).
  • Content Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO, keyword research, and performance analysis. Experience managing writers. 
  • Editorial Skills: Proven ability to write, edit, and optimize content that balances creativity and data-driven insights.
  • Project Management: Highly organized and capable of managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Experience managing freelancers or teams in a remote or hybrid setting.

Here's what would be nice to have:

  • UX writing experience.
  • Familiarity with ICPs in data-driven SaaS or real estate markets is a plus.

Here's what you can expect from us:

  • Competitive cash compensation and benefits, the salary range for this position is $60,000 - $65,000 per year. 
  • Colorado Salary Statement: The salary range displayed in specifically for those potential hired who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications.
