As one of the fastest-growing software companies in the country, AlertMedia is looking for a Contract Technical Sourcer who is passionate about finding great talent!
Who you are:
You’re a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sourcer with a passion for connecting people to opportunity. You have hands-on experience and know how to source technical candidates. You’re proactive, results-driven, and collaborative, with a deep understanding of sourcing strategies.
What you get to do every day:
- Actively source and engage candidates for technical and engineering roles, using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools
- Craft personalized, targeted outreach for sourcing potential candidates
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for future hiring needs
- Build strong partnerships with internal business partners to ensure focus and efforts align with the departmental business needs
- Act as a brand ambassador ensuring an incredible candidate experience
What you bring to the role:
- 2–3 years of sourcing experience, preferably in a fast-paced tech company
- Proven success in sourcing for technical roles (Engineering, DevOps, Product, etc.)
- Expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have a relentless drive to reach your goals and have a high work ethic
- You’re energized by building talent pipelines
- You’re obsessed with finding the perfect candidate for the roles you work on
- You love to learn and challenge yourself especially when it comes to recruiting
- You are creative and think outside the box when it comes to finding great talent
- You have a positive, can-do attitude and persevere when faced with a challenge
- Passion for learning, and delivering results
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Must be based in the United States
- Able to work contract for 3-6 months (possibly longer)
