Principal Analyst, Partner Value Realization & Sales Excellence, Global Partner Programs

Why We Have This Role

Our Global Partner Programs organization is responsible for driving global consistency across the programs that benefit our Partners, Partner Sellers, and Field organizations. These programs build incremental revenue streams for Qualtrics across all partner types and elevate and improve the experience we deliver for our Partners. This specific role is focused on ensuring that our partners can help customers understand the XM value proposition and realize business value with their programs.

How You'll Grow

  • The XM category cuts across several stand-alone areas of professional expertise. In this role you will gain exposure across the entire XM category (customer experience, employee experience, and research). You will work across the end-to-end GTM motion at Qualtrics. You will work with a diverse set of leadership; internal leaders, partner leaders, and customer leaders.

Things You’ll Do

  • Build partner-agnostic programs: Develop programs that help our Partners sell better and help our customers realize value with their programs. Drive consistency in the way we operate with our Partners and Partner Sellers, and make it easier to do business with Qualtrics. Contribute to how we drive accountability and accomplish established program goals. This may include live training and certification, self-service resources, tools, processes, and accountability for partners.
  • Drive an operating rhythm for the Partner organization: Define and manage KPIs, working with Partner operations to establish measurements, regular reporting, and accountability to ensure our partners are value selling and helping customers realize value.
  • Educate our PEMs and PSMs: Educate partner teams on programs, responsibilities, and processes. Support, enable, and influence team members to adopt the desired behavior, including effectively communicating value propositions and taking the right steps to help customers realize value.
  • Drive organizational excellence: Build programs and processes that make it easy for our sellers and CSMs to think of partners in everything they do, to bring partners in earlier in our customer relationships, and to involve partners at key moments in the customer lifecycle.
  • Improve our Partner PSAT: Working with our global PEMs, PSMs, and other ecosystem team members, evolve our operating model to deliver an incredible experience for our partners.

What We’re Looking For On Your Resume

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in Business Operations, Ecosystem/Partner Operations, Finance, or Management consulting with focus on the following:
    • Familiarity on how a partner ecosystem operates, strategic alliances, marketing, business development
    • Deep expertise in value selling and value realization
    • Polished confidence working with and presenting to internal and external C-level executives
    • Project/program management skills to manage the complexities of working with multiple internal and partner stakeholders
    • At least 5 years of experience in the software industry and cloud platform businesses. Experience at a B2B SaaS company is a plus. 
    • Scale mindset, ability to enable others 
    • An undeniable passion for winning and creative solutioning
    • Salesforce.com (SFDC) reporting and analytics experience encouraged
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA or other relevant professional degree encouraged
  • You are able to travel when necessary (10%+)
