Key Responsibilities:
Creative Direction and Execution
- Develop and implement creative strategies that elevate brand visibility and engagement across platforms and channels.
- Lead the conceptualization and production of diverse visual materials, ensuring consistency and excellence in design.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative outputs with business goals and brand identity.
Strategic Planning and project management
- Oversee all aspects of creative project operations, from defining project scope to ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize creative workflows to improve efficiency, quality, and innovation.
Leadership and Management
- Lead, inspire and mentor junior team members to achieve their fully potential.
- Collaborate with HR and internal departments on talent acquisition, team structuring, and performance management.
Education or Equivalent
Certificate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Design or a related field (such as interaction design and web design); or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Creative Art Direction.
- Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling and brand-aligned designs.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in articulating creative needs and translate them into actionable deliveries.
